Store Minimums
All online stores have a minimum sales total of $500. Dunn’s reserves the right to cancel and refund all orders on stores that do not reach this minimum.
Print Minimums
All screen printed items require a minimum total of 12 pieces. Dunn’s reserves the right to use a different decoration method if the 12 piece minimum is not met.
Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround time for online stores is 4 weeks. This time frame is fluid based on the season. For example, turnaround times near the Holiday season may be longer than around June. Please consult a sales rep for current turnaround times.
Defects or Missing Items
All claims for order defects or missing items must be submitted to Dunn’s within 5 business days of receipt. Following 5 business days, Dunn’s no longer assumes responsibility of the defects or missing items.
Returns or Exchanges
All sales on online stores are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges. Your order may be refunded if Dunn’s is notified before production begins on the online store.
