Screen Printing

With the screen-print method an image is transferred on to the printed surface using ink, which is pressed through a stenciled screen using a squeegee. This process creates a logo with vibrant colors that will hold up through numerous wash cycles.

Embroidery

Embroidery involves stitching thread into a garment to create a logo. The threads can create a flat logo or come together to create a more dimensional, 3D effect. When striving to achieve a professional look that’s durable and eye-catching, embroidery is your go to decoration method.

Direct to Film Transfer

A heat transfer is an ink-based design on transfer paper that is applied to the garment with a heat press. Heat triggers the ink to create an adhesive on the opposite side of the transfer paper. The ink then sticks to the fabric, the transfer paper is peeled away, and the design remains.

Sublimation

With sublimation, the ink is dyed directly into the fabric allowing for vibrant colors and the possibility of larger, seam-to-seam designs. The potential of fading is eliminated with the logo being dyed right into the fabric, making it a popular option for sports uniforms.

Heat Transfer Vinyl

Heat transfer vinyl is done by combining heat and pressure to adhere a logo onto your garment. A vinyl cutter may be used to cut the logo or add a Personalized Name to the back of the apparel. Pre-cut numbers are also often used when creating jerseys. A heat press is typically used to press the vinyl onto the apparel.
